About Works for Us
Real people. Real results. We're building the largest open dataset of real-world health outcomes.
Why we exist
The last serious attempt at crowdsourced treatment outcomes — CureTogether — was acquired and shut down. The space fragmented into product-quality reviews or general wellness tracking. Nobody is doing condition-specific, structured observational outcomes for the supplement and compound market.
Meanwhile, millions of people are taking supplements, medicines, and health foods every day. They know what works for them. But that knowledge is scattered across Reddit threads, Amazon reviews, and private messages. It's not structured. It's not searchable. And it's not helping anyone else.
Works for Us changes that. We give people a structured way to track what they take and what happens. Then we aggregate that data so everyone can see what actually works — for real people, in real life, not just in clinical trials.
What makes us different
Condition-first
We start with your condition, not a product. "I have psoriasis, what works?" — not "here's a vitamin review."
Structured data
Not star ratings. Dose, duration, outcome scale, side effects. Real data points that build a real dataset.
Privacy by design
Health data is special category under UK GDPR. Pseudonymous by default. Your data is yours — export or delete it anytime.
The dataset is the moat
De-identified outcome data × compound × condition is valuable. The bigger we grow, the more useful we become.
Our methodology
Every outcome on Works for Us is self-reported by a real user. They tell us:
- What compound they take (and the dose)
- What condition they take it for
- How long they've been taking it
- How effective it is for them (on a 1-5 scale)
- Any side effects they experience
- Whether they'd recommend it to others
We aggregate these reports to show patterns. But we're clear about what this data is — and what it isn't. It's observational. It's self-reported. It's real people sharing real experiences.
It is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting or stopping any medication, supplement, or treatment. See the full methodology and safety guidance.
Stronger together. Healthier together.
